Weight per Square Foot Options
EnviroFlex™ MLV is available in multiple sizes in both a 1 LB and 2 LB per square foot options. 1 LB is a common, all-purpose soundproofing solution for a wide range of noises, with an STC rating of 26. 2 LB MLV is a heavy duty soundproofing sheet, designed for louder sounds and deeper noises.
Standard Size Options
Both 1 LB and 2 LB EnviroFlex™ MLV are available in a variety of lengths, ranging from 4' to 100'+. Our 1 LB is available in both a 48" and 54" width, and the 2 LB is available in the 48" width.
Cut-to-Length Options
All EnviroFlex™ Mass Loaded Vinyl can be cut down to your desired length using a utility knife. We do offer larger, bulk rolls that are made as a cut to length option, with our 1 LB 54" x 245' roll and our 2 LB 48" x 130' roll. Both of these options weigh in excess of 1,000 pounds, and are meant for customers that can handle the size and weight to cut into their own sizes needed for install.
Custom Options
As the manufacturer of EnviroFlex™ Mass Loaded Vinyl, we do have the ability to create custom size rolls. This is done as a custom order, and requires a large minimum order and carries a longer lead time than our standard size MLV. For more information, reach out to our support staff.
