Once You Place Your Order

All orders ship within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. We generally try to get all orders out within the first 1-2 days, depending on the type of shipment required. All orders will ship via common carrier, either parcel or freight, and generally take between 3 - 5 business days to get to you.

How We Ship Your Order

We only ship using the most trusted carriers in the USA, including UPS, Fed Ex, T-Force, R+L, Estes, and more. All parcel or small package shipments ship boxed. All boxed rolls are shipped individually, so if you order 4 rolls that ship via small package, than you will receive 4 boxes, with 1 roll each. Freight and LTL orders may or may not shipped boxed based on order size, roll size, or special instructions.

When it comes to the type of service selected, all orders are shipped via standard service. If you are looking for expedited or express service, please contact a customer service agent before placing your order.

Orders for items over 150 pounds will always ship via freight carrier. Based on order size, they will ship LTL with a common carrier, or, if the order is over 10,000 pounds, they will ship PTL or FTL. If your order is over 10,000 pounds, one of our customer service agents will reach out to you to set up the shipping details.

Orders for items under 150 pounds generally ship via small package with UPS or Fed Ex. In some cases, where there are multiples of items under 150 pounds, they may ship via LTL to prevent damage and speed up the shipping process.

What To Expect

Once you place your order, you will get an email confirmation that we have received your order, and it will go into processing. From there, you will receive a notification when the shipping label has been processed and placed on the package. This email will contain the tracking details for your order, as well as any other important shipping information you need to be aware of.
