Return Window

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. 
• All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact us at sales@sheetsandrolls.com to begin the return process.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• If preferred, we can arrange the return shipment on your behalf and deduct the cost directly from your refund.

Condition of Returned Goods

• Returned products must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
• Used, cut, altered, or damaged goods will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

• Depending on the condition of the returned product and packaging, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved. It can take up to 10 days for your refund to fully process. Refunds are only available to the original payment method.
• Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
