Shipping policy

Free shipping. All orders ship free to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Processing time. Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

How it ships. Depending on the product and quantity, orders ship by parcel carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or Amazon) or by LTL freight on a pallet. Freight deliveries include lift-gate service to residential and commercial addresses; the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

PO boxes. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

Inspect on delivery. For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report damage or missing items to sales@sheetsandrolls.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
